(1) If the industry cannot be operated due to any reason, an application can be submitted to the industry registration agency in the prescribed format along with the prescribed documents for the cancellation of the registration of such industry. But according to the prevailing law, in case of marriage, it will be according to the same law.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the industry registration body shall inform the applicant that if the relevant industry has fulfilled its obligations and it is appropriate to cancel the registration of the industry, it shall cancel the industry registration as specified.
